You can wear black pants (no capris, no long shorts or holes) and a solid black or white t-shirt (no other colors or writing on it; SOLID black).

YOU WILLL NEED TO CHECK IN AT THE NON-PROFIT TENT TO GET SIGNED IN/CHECKED IN AND THEN GO TO MEET ANGIE

You are able to bring your own FOOD.
We DO NOT provide this. We are only selling beer in our stands.

If you are new this season and have NOT received your email to set up your profile with a QR code, we are posting it here. Please scan and fill in information. Please note your nonprofit group: Luvourpets Position: Volunteer You will need to take or upload a photo. It MUST have a plain background, from neck up and NO EXPRESSION (don't smile). This should be like your passport photo. No hats, glasses, etc. Nothing that obstructs your face.
Parking Information
- Parking Information: Parking will start in Lot F located on the corner of HWY 30 and AT&T Way. Once this lot is full, they will force you to the next location which will be H and then G.
- Where to go once parked: Once parked get on the shuttle bus and it will let you out at the stadium. You will enter the same way through silver lot 5. Please check in under the white tents and show your ID. You MUST check in under the NON-PROFIT tent. Our group name is LUV OUR PETS
- Check in time: 3:00 pm for stands and vending room personnel . Vending carts are at 4:00 pm. Please be ON TIME.
- Once you are through security: If you work a stand: MEET AT NEW LOCATION: Please meet Angie in the middle of the plaza which is located to the right after you enter building at our mixology stand located at section 247. If you work in the vending room: You will go directly to the vending room. Upper concourse (Push UC on the elevator) to vending room located at section 448.
- Check in with Angie: Any questions on event day; text for faster response at: 817-291-5213
- Exhibit C Form: Angie will have an Exhibit C form that you must fill out and return before going to your stand or you may be given on at the white tents. Make sure you put our group: LUV OUR PETS
- Plaza opens: 4:00 pm.
- Doors open: 5:00 pm
- Concert ends at approximately: 10:30 pm
