State Fair Discrepancy Form

If you feel there is an issue with your state fair check, please fill out the form attached.  Please explain IN DETAIL what the issue is.  
Discrepancies will not be handled by PHONE or TEXT.  

**Please keep in mind that if you worked for our client at the Trios stand, Granny's #1 or #2 or the Corndog stand; this client deducts for meal breaks which was explained to you at orientation so please account for that time being deducted.  

Please allow 2 weeks for us to research your discrepancy.  A letter with the resolution will be mailed to you at the address you list on your discrepancy form

Deadline to submit discrepancy issues is:  Wednesday, November 26th
