- Requirements: - - You must be at least 18 years old. Exceptional customer-service skills. The primary responsibilities are maintaining a safe and friendly environment in accordance with venue policies. You're helping guests get into the theater and find what they need, be it their seat or the nearest bathroom or concession stand, and you need to do it with a smile! - Weeknight and weekend availability. Many events happen on Fridays, Saturdays and the occasional Sunday. All are evening/night events, ranging in shifts from 4 to 6 hours typically. You will be signed up for all shows as staff must be willing to work the majority of events throughout the year. Written notification by email for shows you cannot attend would need to be emailed to the office with ample time to replace you. - Reliable transportation so you can make your scheduled shifts. - The ability to stand for a few hours at a me, and mobility is needed to walk around. - The ability to work in a loud environment for indoor positions - Pass our background check.
- We provide your blue event staff shirt which is a breathable short sleeve polo shirt and is part of your dress attire at each event.
- The cost of this shirt is $20 and is deducted from your first check.
- Dress Attire Requirements:
- - Black pants - NO SHORTS allowed, no jeans or leggings, even if black - Black shoes – Solid black including the soles. No white or colored laces or large colored trim - Black socks - Black belt with black or silver SMALL buckle
- - Any optional long sleeves used to cover arm tattoos or for cold weather must be black and can be any breathable or comfortable material as long as it is solid black
- - No hoodies can be worn under your uniform shirt
- - All tattoos must be covered up
- - Shirts MUST be tucked in
- - No earbuds, headphones, or Bluetooth devices to be worn during your shift
- - No hats are allowed.
- - Hair must be styled and presentable. Ladies can wear their hair in a neat ponytail but NO messy buns on top of their head.
- - No chewing gum during your shift
- - No phones that stick out of your pocket OR charging devices, including cords
- - NO drinking or eating at your post. Please go to a designated break area to eat and/or drink
- -Leave personal items at home or in your car. No backpacks, purses, briefcases, or any items can be brought to your position or stored in the venue.
- If you need a place to store your personal items you may wear a small black fanny pack on your waist.
